From brochure site to sales tool

Website Redesign & Migrationspectrumvoip.com

SpectrumVoIP's website drove less than 10% of new business, with the rest coming from cold calls and door-knocking. We rebuilt the site around the sales team's own pitch, added a personalized request a quote configurator and new SEO and industry pages to drive traffic, then tracked everything to prove the site could finally pull its weight in sales.

The Transformation

Before & After

Not just a visual refresh. The new site mirrors the sales team's own pitch on every page, with a quote configurator, industry pages, and a navigation built for a high-tech, enterprise-grade provider.

The New Site

A Site Built to Sell

From the homepage to product, industry, and quote pages, every screen was rebuilt around the sales team's pitch and a clear next step.

The Client

Business communications, built to scale

SpectrumVoIP is a Texas-based business communications provider serving customers nationwide with VoIP, managed IT, AI security, internet, and more through one all-inclusive monthly plan. Despite exceptional customer retention, their website relied on feature lists, lacked buyer guidance, and had little visibility in AI-powered search.

The Brief

What SpectrumVoIP Needed

A website that could finally sell alongside the outbound team: solution-based messaging instead of feature lists, a way for visitors to self-qualify, and enough tracking to hand sales reps a warm lead instead of a cold form.

Solution-Based Messaging

Copy that mirrors the sales pitch, not a feature list.

Quote Shopping Experience

Bring More Traffic

The client's goal was 3x more traffic, so we built SEO and content to pull in new visitors, not just convert existing ones.

Proper User Tracking

Every form mapped into the CRM, with intent workflows and chat.

The Results

One redesign. Real lead-gen results

The results in just two months after launch have been exceptional. Every session, form, and conversion is tracked, so these numbers reflect exactly what's happening on the new site.

The Process

How We Did It

01

Business Analysis

Enova and SpectrumVoIP teams in a working session in Dallas

We flew out to Dallas to meet the SpectrumVoIP team in person and understand how the business actually runs. Working sessions with their marketing and leadership teams let us dig into their sales process, align on goals, and agree on the direction the new site needed to take before a single page was designed.

02

Messaging Strategy & Brand Positioning

SpectrumVoIP brand positioning map: distinctiveness vs centrality in the business communications category

The mandate from leadership was to mirror the sales pitch on every page. "Auto-attendant included" became "You don't need to hire a front desk person." Feature lists gave way to outcome-based copy and clear brand positioning built around the three core differentiators: all-inclusive pricing, white-glove onboarding, and try-before-you-buy.

03

Site Architecture & Navigation

Sitemap diagram of the new SpectrumVoIP information architecture

We analyzed the old site's sitemap, navigation, and architecture, then simplified the journey as much as possible. Every product sits flat in the top navigation, with no dropdown and no mega-menu, so each one gets equal visibility and a direct path from homepage to product page.

Quote Shopping Experience

SpectrumVoIP quote configurator with an order estimate calculator

Instead of a generic "Contact Us" form, the primary CTA site-wide became a guided quote shopping experience. Visitors select products, phone quantities, and business context; the output is a rough estimate plus a scheduled call with a rep who already has their selections mapped straight into HubSpot.

SEO Analysis & SEO/AEO Pages

SpectrumVoIP GA4 analytics dashboard used to track post-migration organic search performance

Before touching the platform, we mapped the full SEO and AEO baseline to protect it through the migration. A full redirect audit was run and all redirects were imported to Webflow to preserve existing organic rankings, and we built structured, citable SEO/AEO pages so the brand shows up when buyers ask AI tools like ChatGPT who the best VoIP providers are.

UX/UI Design

Grid of redesigned SpectrumVoIP page mockups

With messaging and structure locked, we designed every page around a clear offer and one obvious next step. Product pages, dedicated pages for eight verticals, and PPC landing pages were all built on a single conversion-focused design system.

Proper User Tracking

User tracking and analytics setup for the SpectrumVoIP site

We tracked every step of the visitor's journey, from first click to submitted form, so reps could see a prospect's product interest and company size before the first call. Every form was mapped into the CRM with intent-tracking workflows, chat covered business hours with an after-hours fallback, and everything was wired to GA4, Tag Manager, and CallRail.

The Final Result

It Started as a Website.
Now It's Driving Growth.

In its first tracking window after launch, the site was already outpacing every pre-launch baseline, functioning as a genuine channel for the sales team rather than a brochure.
